Strawberry Orange Smoothie

They are so quick to prep, the blender does the cooking for us and they are packed with real, fresh ingredients. Not too mention, today's creation is only 165 calories & 3 weight watchers points if you follow their plan.

Calories 165
Fat .01 grams
Carbs 26.2 grams
Dietary Fiber 1.1 grams
Protein 14 grams
Ingredients
5 ounces non-fat vanilla greek yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup ice
Let's get cooking!
1. Wash and halve strawberries.
2. To blender, add yogurt, strawberries, orange juice and ice. Blend for 60 seconds until smooth.
3. Pour & enjoy!
Makes 1 healthy portion :)
