Happy Sunday IDontGototheGym girls! With only 8 weeks until the New Year, get a jump start on your Fitness Resolution today! Eat clean, drink more water & start incorporating exercise into your everyday routine! Join us this week as we challenge you to TONE that TUSH!
The Challenge
A.M. Begin every morning with 30 Jump Squats - Stand feet shoulder width apart. Sit down as if you were sitting in a chair, jump straight up explosively, and land back in your squat position.
P.M. Before you hit the pillow give us 30 more!

Do this ultimate BUTT workout 2x a day!
50 Jumping Jacks to get heart rate up
20 Squats
20 Lunges each leg
20 Backwards Leg Lifts each leg - while standing up lift leg straight behind you, while tightening your tush
20 Jump Squats
50 Jumping Jacks
60 Second Step-Up's - use a step, the couch or a chair, step up and down repeatedly
60 Second Wall Squat
Work it girls! You got this :)
BONUS: Eat clean all week long
Eating clean 101: Eat whole foods - fruits, veggies, organic grass fed meats, non-gmo, whole grains, nuts, organic dairy
Drink plenty of water - avoid all diet drinks
