Baked Buffalo Ranch Chicken Tenders
Tuesday, August 06, 2013From our skinny table to yours...
Who doesn't love chicken fingers? Chicken fingers are one of those go-to meals we loved as kids and still love today. Well, if you are ordering chicken fingers out that's going to come as a price. And by price we mean pounds! Today we are mixing things up and making HEALTHY buffalo ranch tenders! Don't worry these are so good you (and your families) would never think of this as health food... it's a total fake out and a total win win ;)
These chicken fingers have all the delicious crunch we crave at a fraction of the calories! We start off by coating our chicken tenders in a mixture of Franks Buffalo Sauce (which has ZERO calories) and only one tbsp. of light ranch dressing. We then cover these in a light and crunchy panko topping. Rather then fry these up we are, of course, baking these in the oven until golden brown!
The beauty in this dish is that this comes together in under 30 minutes and is made from only 4 ingredients! Serve these up over a garden salad or simply dip and enjoy in yet another tablespoon of ranch. These bad boys come in at only 171 calories per serving so we have calories to spare!
Hope you enjoy :)

mmm I love breaded chicken - I make them all the time & they are super delish with franks - or with a lil crushed red pepper for some extra flava flava :)

I had a couple pounds of chicken breast and for the heck of it marinated it in a ranch/franks combo this morning since my fiances friend is coming over to help paint one of the kids rooms today. I figured since she is helping me out and is a big football fan, but also a health/fitness person I would research a healthier method to cook them. I am glad I came upon this post, and will be trying this oven method today!
