The original 21 Day Fix is available now. We absolutely love it because it has a 50% focus on healthy, clean eating & portion control & 50% focus on exercise ... all 30 minute, at-home workouts. With the nutrition plan, there is no weighing, no counting calories, carbs or points ... if it fits in the containers, you can eat it! And there is even room in the plan for the occasionally wine treat ;)
If you are having trouble coming up with recipes, we have been doing the program for quite some time now so have started to compile some our favorite, simple, go-to recipes & wanted to share them with you all! Breakfast Smoothie

Over Easy Egg over Veggie Hash
Sauteed spinach, tomatoes, asparagus (1 green)
1/4 avocado (1 blue)
1 tsp EVOO to cook (1 gray)
Caprese Quesadilla
1 whole wheat tortilla (1 yellow)
Fresh mozzarella (1 blue)
Grape tomatoes (1 green)
Fresh basil (freebie!)
Drizzle of balsamic vinegar (freebie!)
Avocado Chicken Salad
Boiled shredded chicken (1 red)
Avocado (1 blue)
Mixed greens, yellow pepper, jalapeno (1 green)
