Leftover Holiday Turkey Salad
Saturday, November 30, 2013From our skinny table to yours...
Anybody else have enough turkey left to last for days? Maybe a 26 lb bird wasn't necessary?? After stuffing ourselves with turkey, stuffing and green bean casserole we started to think of healthier ways we could enjoy our leftovers! What better way then with a fruity and healthy holiday turkey salad?
This is a super quick salad to throw together. We used ALL leftover ingredients... apples and cranberries from the stuffing and both walnuts and grapes from the brie cheese platter! Use whatever you have on hand to make your own holiday turkey salad! We simply mixed our turkey with dried cranberries, grapes, walnuts and apples! We tied this together with organic mayo! SO GOOD!
Hope you all had a wonderful holiday and enjoy this leftover idea ;)
