Parmesan & Garlic Kale Chips
Monday, August 26, 2013From our skinny table to yours...
We have officially hopped onto the kale chip bandwagon and will never look back! We baked up kale with both parmesan and garlic and are obsessed! Trust us, these chips really do have the crunch you crave from chips and you will actually feel good about eating them! What's better than that?
These chips take all of five minutes to prepare and another 15 minutes to bake. We love this 20 minute snack any time of day. Next time the chip craving hits, just go for it! We know you won't be disappointed :)
Hope you enjoy!

I need to try this! Already added kale to my grocery list! :)
ReplyDeleteLove this recipe! I left out the parmesan, added 1/2 sesame oil 1/2 avocado oil instead of olive oil, and upped the minced garlic... 4 cloves. The garlic is like garlic fries at Safeco field (!) - light brown and crisp not offensive when cooked:).
ReplyDeleteSuper delicious! Thank you for sharing.
