Let's Get Moving Challenge!

Do you want a flat stomach??  This week we challenge you to work those abs!!  You already know we DON'T go to the gym, but that doesn't mean we don't exercise.  Exercising is so important to your overall health!  We incorporate fitness into our everyday lives and this week we challenge you to join us!

The Challenge:

Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday | Friday

A.M. Begin every morning (while the coffee is brewing) with 100 crunches

P.M. Every night, before you hit the pillow, drop and give us 100 more!

That's it!  Just 200 crunches a day! 

This is a simple change, but once you get into the habit of including exercise into your routine you will not want to stop!

Let us know how it's going, if you're feeling more refreshed and even lose a little weight along the way!

  3. Love this! I try to work in 100 crunches every AM/PM anyways/ I try to do them before my shower in the morning and right before bedtime! It's a great way to start and end your day!
