Your 2 Minute Exercise of the Day!
Thursday, January 24, 2013We are firm believers that you can look good by simply adding exercise into your daily routine! We always take the stairs. We do toe raises while putting the dishes away. We do bicep curls in the shower with shampoo bottles. We lunge down the hallway. We run laps in the living room. We do 25 jumping jacks before every shower. You get the idea!
On top of our daily routine, we always pick a 2 minute exercise of the day to spice things up and burn a few extra calories while we are at it!
Today we are tightening our tush! All you will need for this workout is a chair! We all have chairs so you don't have an excuse there ;) So grab any chair in sight and let's get moving!
And the clock starts now...
25 backwards leg lifts on each leg (as high as you can go) - grab a chair for balance
25 squats (go down as far as you can so you work your butt, not just your legs)
10 lunges on each leg
25 butt blasters on each leg (get down on all fours, raise one leg and kick your heel up to the sky)
DONE! See how easy :) We feel better now and you must too! Now get your toned butt in the kitchen, pick your favorite 'I don't go to the gym' meal and let's get cooking!
